In this series of books we have dedicated ourselves to learning about mammals that will have trouble surviving in the near future. Now we will study some representatives of the order Chiroptera, otherwise known as bats.

Members of this order, unlike the species we studied previously, arouse negative feelings in many people, who associate them with scary movie vampires or nastylooking beings that only cause harm. The reality, however, is very different because this group plays a key role in maintaining most ecosystems.
